About Us

The Virgin Islands Area of the Order of Malta was established in the United States Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix) in 2005, and is part of the Order of Malta American Association, located in New York City. The Order of Malta is a 900 year old worldwide, Catholic, lay, religious organization whose headquarters are at Via Condotti in Rome, Italy.

The principal mission of the Order is to give aid to the sick and poor.

The Virgin Islands Area has established a Catholic School Scholarship program to provide tuition to children of needy families. They also sponsor a young Virgin islander every year to go on the Youth Pilgrimage to Lourdes, France.

In an effort to raise funds to support these two projects, the Virgin Islands Area is offering Order of Malta logo merchandise as well as engraved commemorative bricks and benches. These bricks and benches are placed in the Order of Malta Rosary Garden on the grounds the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in St. Thomas.

Our merchandise is of the highest quality and is shipped directly from our United States suppliers to our customers. All products have the Order of Malta Shield logo embroidered in the front.

We can also offer all products without the Malta logo for customers who wish to support our works but would like to wear them for non-Malta events (business or pleasure).
